Support during initial phase before opening the Centre:

• The team will guide you about the location and designing of your centre in the city.
• The team will guide you about low cost secret Electronic Media Campaign for Brand Awareness which is unique/low cost marketing.
• Will help in recruitment of staff, counsellors and trained faculty through our in house Faculty Development Program.
• Assistance in procuring furniture and fixtures, installations for institute, installation of IT software and systems.
• Study Material, Course content slides and office stationary like counselling pads, admission and enquiry forms.
• Marketing material to create brand awareness like Broachers, Pamphlets, Banners, Standee, Canopy, Visiting Cards before the opening of Centre/Institute.

Training, Content Development, Academic Research and Quality Control:

• NIWS organise induction program for new Business partners and other staff.
• NIWS undertakes Faculty training through in house Faculty Development Program.
• NIWS conduct ongoing training for new courses and product.
• The team will regularly monitor and will train the faculties for new course offerings and will research and update the course content as per Industry Standard across the globe.
• The course content would be continuously monitored on dynamic basis to ensure quality at your centre. New courses will be introduced on a regular basis in our domain.
• The team will provide Enterprise Resource Planning to ensure and monitor smooth functioning of the centre/institute.

Marketing Guidance and Support:

• The team will guide you about low cost secret Electronic Media Campaign for Brand Awareness which is unique/low cost marketing.
• The team would also provide you printing material for ad campaigns in your city
• Development of PR strategies to tie up with regional Brokers and Educational Institute for Vocational Courses and Placement of successful students.
• NIWS would conduct seminars through Veteran Industry Professionals in Educational Institutes on the request of Business Partners.
• Guidance and Support to Formulate and Implement Annual Marketing Plan. The plan would be monitored on a Quarterly basis through our core team visits.
