Refund of Fees:
Fees once paid will not be refundable for any reason.
Fees is to be paid in one time or instalment *(10 % discount if the fees is paid in one instalment)
Student can however adjust the course fee during the course by enrolling in other courses.
Admission would be cancelled if the student fail to furnish proper credentials and found guilty of wrong doings in institute premises or with other students.
Unplanned leaves without intimation would not be entertained and no additional lecture would be arranged however student need to ensure that the missed lecture can be taken in other batches.
All students should be bound by the rules, regulations and procedure of NIWS Management.

National Institute of Wall Street (NIWS) Management reserves the right to change, and modify any rules and regulations that may be deemed fit by the management.
Jurisdiction:
Any dispute arise by the student of NIWS shall be subject to jurisdiction of the Jaipur Courts only.
Limitation:
No dispute can be raised by students after the expiry of 15 days from the date of admission or selection of course.
